Das Zimmer war so weit ok. Das Frühstück hingegen, sowohl auf den aushängenden Flyern als auch im Netz als überdurchschnittlich beschrieben, war es nicht. Einfach, lieblos angerichtet, wenig Auswahl: für 40,- für 2 Personen nicht akzeptabel.

26 Mart-01 Nisan arasında konakladık. Hamburg havaalanından Sbahn ile HB'a doğru giderken, BerlinerTor istasyonunda indiğinizde merkeze doğru yürüdüğünüzde, solda, yaklaşık 6-10dk. mesafede. Resepsiyon, çok minimalist. Dilerseniz selfcheck-in yapabilmeniz mümkün. Haftaiçi giriş yapıyor iseniz, size resepsiyonda taze meyve ve meyve suyu ikramdır. İki yetişkin-bir çocuk konakladık. Olsun, yinede taze ve ekmekçikler taze ve çıtırlar. Bir tane dinlenme ve aktivite salonu var, burada çocuklar "masa futbolu" oynayabiliyorlar-masanın biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var, bazı oyuncuların ayakları kırıktı! Bir başka küçük salonda ise Dev ekran TV ünitesi mevcuttur. Maç veya eğlence programı izlemek hoş oluyor. Otel, merkez-Altstadt ve HB'a da yakın ancak biraz daha uzun yürümeli, 15-20 dk. Otel önünde ki caddenin merkez tarafına giden tarafından 2no'lu Otobüse biner iseniz, sizi Elbfilarmonie, Fischmark ve St.Pauli yönüne götürür. Dönüşde ise sizi otel önünde ki durakta indirir. BerlinerTor yönünde oldukça büyük bir Kaufland Supermarkt mevcut. Buradan her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılaşabilirsiniz. Giriş bölümünde birkaç fastfood restorant mevcut. Uzakdoğu Mutfağı sunan restoran şiddetle tavsiye olunur. Porsiyonlar çok büyük ve çok lezzetli. Bu restoranda nakit para geçerli! Tekrar Hamburg'a seyahat edersek aynı otelde konaklayabilirim. Ailelere, çocuklu ailelere, genç çiftlere önerilir.

Vier Nächte in diesem äußerst modernen und stylischen Hotel haben mich überzeugt…. Bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Hamburg werde ich hier wieder übernachten! Tolle Zimmer, ein leckeres Frühstück und ein freundlicher Service. Fünf Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt, kann man Hamburg gut erkunden. Ein großer Supermarkt und diverse Lokale sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Eine sehr gute Wahl!

Pros Nice looking rooms, public rooms etc. Breakfast was plentiful. The reception staff are friendly and helpful but couldn't tell me when a manager would be in the hotel. Cons The restaurant does not open in the evenings, only for breakfast, despite them advertising a restaurant doing evening meals. The bar only opens at 5 pm Tuesday to Saturday. It is closed Sunday and Monday. This hotels is not as advertised. There aren't ant restaurants within close walking distance. Nothing, not even the supermarket or McDonalds, are open on a Sunday. These were the only things nearby. In all I was very disappointed with my stay.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter aber einige Katastrophen: innerhalb von 2 Tagen 3 Zimmer weil die Duschen ein komplette Fehlplanung sind und man beim duschen das gesamte Bad unter Wasser setzt...im dritten Zimmer war es nur zur Hälfte nass weil, die Regendusche nicht benutzt wurde und der Abfluss erst ohne Deckel einen einigermaßen Abfluss gewährleistet. Die sehr schön gestaltete Armatur lässt sich nur mit Glück ausstellen und die BadTüren der ersten beiden Zimmer gingen nicht zu.... Das Frühstück ist OK aber keine 25 Euro wert...vor allem gibt es weder richtiges Brot noch "normale" Brötchen.. Monika Will

Optisch innen ist das Hotel sehr schön - Lobby, Restaurant, Bar und auch Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Frühstück vielfältig und lecker! Das Personal sehr freundlich! Allerdings war es mir im Zimmer zu kalt. Alle Zimmer haben keine Heizung, sondern ein Klimagerät, das es bei 8 Grad Außentemperatur NICHT schaffte, den Raum (Zimmer 603) auf ca. 22 Grad zu heizen, da die Fensterfront zu schwach isoliert/gedämmt ist! Das Klimagerät ging für 20 Grad die ganze Nacht jede Stunde an und puste die Luft Richtung Bett! Das Bad hat zudem keine Heizung, ist viel zu kalt und auch die offene Dusche ist eine Fehlkonstruktion und führt zu nassem Boden. Der Straßenlärm ist durch die 2-fach Glas-Fenster zu laut! Allerdings: mir wurde am nächsten Tag direkt ein neues Zimmer (604) gegeben. Dort war die Fensterfront kleiner u die Temperatur war angenehmer. Dennoch ging das Klimagerät mehrfach in der Nacht an, da es sonst zu kalt wurde. Das Bad hatte auch keine Heizung u war kalt. Aus meiner Sicht ist hier bei dem vor ca. 6-9 Monaten renovierten Hotel ein großer Fehler bei der Heizung (nur Klimageräte) begangen worden. Schade, da sonst alles stimmte.

Quite new hotel at a walking distance from the Haubtbahnhof. Not so nice surroundings (industrial) but with a walking distance to the centre. The hotel itself was very nice and it had been open only for 2 months when we stayed there. The staff aren't entirely service minded. The first person we met was very nice and welcoming when we wanted to leave our luggage as we came too early for check-in. The person behind the counter when we arrived for check in seemd to wonder what on earth we wanted. The room was comfortable but I didn't like the big pillows. Very clean and fresh.
