Super chic hotel.
Very tasteful and well-maintained interior.
Well-maintained grounds.
Rooms are very spacious.
Comfortable beds with a pillow menu.
Great breakfast.
Great location, everything is within easy and quick walking distance.

Tolles Hotel mit speziellem Flair und Weltklasse Service Wir waren für ein paar Tage in dem Hotel für einen klassischen Städtetrip Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht - da unsere Kinder schon groß sind (Teenager) erhielten wir auf derAnfahrt einen Anruf ob ein Upgrade in ein Appartement für uns in Ordnung wäre um mehr Platz zu haben. Das erwies sich als perfekte Lösung mit traumhaft viel Platz und Ausstattung auf höchstem Niveau. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und es fehlte an nichts.

Tolles Hotel mit wunderschönem Design und Atmosphäre in Lobby, Restaurant und Bar und auch in den Zimmern (wir hatten ein Loft). Klasse Betten, Rainshower-Dusche, Nespresso-Maschine, Bademantel - es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal fanden wir in allen Bereichen charmant und kompetent.

Wir sind seit über 10 Jahren Stammgast im East und mehrfach im Monat hier. Leider geht es immer mehr bergab. Seit vielen Wochen gibt es keinen Concierge mehr der sich um die Leute kümmert, das früher phantastische Frühstück hat extrem abgebaut und überall sind in den Zimmer und Fluren kaputte Stellen und Sachen marode die nicht repariert werden. So unendlich schade für diese wunderschöne Location und das einst immer nahezu perfekte Hotel. An der Bar wird man tagsüber oft völlig missachtet, Service Fehlanzeige.

We arrived at the hotel, looking forward to a three-day stay without children. Unfortunately, we were met by a very arrogant staff member who simply handed us the key without even looking at us. It was clear that we were a nuisance, as he was busy doing some paperwork. We weren't told where the elevator was or which room number we were staying in, as we couldn't decipher his handwriting—but we didn’t dare go back to ask, as we clearly got the feeling that we were unwelcome. Luckily, we met another Danish couple who were able to help us. During our stay, we were neither greeted nor acknowledged when passing through the reception. Perhaps we weren’t “good enough” for the place? However, the restaurant and the staff there were excellent. The room was also very beautiful and well cleaned.
