Das Hotel punktet vor allem mit seiner sehr guten Lage und dem freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Service. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Verbesserungswürdig ist jedoch die Qualität der Matratze – diese war in der Mitte stark durchgelegen und hat den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt. Zudem musste ich beim Check-in etwa 15–20 Minuten warten, bis jemand an der Rezeption verfügbar war.

The room condition is exactly as shown in the photo, and the staff was very kind even late at night and took care of my luggage storage. The best thing about this hotel is that water, coffee, various drinks, and tea are provided free of charge 24 hours a day without any worries. Considering the price of nearby drinks, it was a really good service. The condition of the nearby accommodations is not very good, but this place was quiet and comfortable, and the prices at the mart right next door were cheap, which was nice. It was nice that there was a system to heat the bathroom floor. The room was clean and it was close to the bus stop and subway, which was nice.
