The reception was friendly, we could only check in online at the terminal. Despite the fact that the reception was manned.
This on a Friday afternoon and only 3 terminals takes time and patience. We thought we had completed the check-in with the help of an employee.
On Saturday morning we were lying in bed and suddenly another hotel guest came into our room with his normal hotel card!!!
This guest checked in 15 minutes earlier. After complaining at the reception, it turns out that the employee did not complete the check-in process and that our room was therefore considered free. Unimaginable when you are not there yourself or are travelling alone. This should not happen.
The Prizeotel claims to have a 4-star category. You expect more........
