The hotel is relatively close to Hamburg Central Station, but still requires about a 15-minute walk — not ideal if you’re carrying heavy luggage. The room was quite small, and unfortunately, it didn’t feel very comfortable during my stay.
It might be okay for a short stopover, but for a longer stay, I would prefer somewhere with a bit more space and comfort.

Satisfied with the convenient transportation, very close to the train station. The room is clean and the front desk is very friendly. You can borrow a hair dryer from the front desk.

Lage des Hotels - bequem vom Bahnhof aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer - etwas klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Betten - ich habe gut geschlafen! Frühstück - für jeden Geschmack alles ausreichend vorhanden und lecker ! Service - sehr freundlich! Alles in allem - für einen Kurzaufenthalt ( wir waren 4 Tage dort ) SUPER !

My family and I stayed for two nights and while the hotel covers the necessities, it feels somewhat below average even for a "budget" establishment. The pillows given - and it's just one per person - might be the smallest pillows I've ever seen; the room itself is incredibly bare-bones; and the location feels a bit far from the desired sites (though close to the train station).
