In principle, it's ok, considering the price and proximity to the station. The mattress is very soft (I like hard), good bedding, clean towels. The drain in the shower didn't work well Friendly staff, you can leave your luggage until the end of the day. The area, of course, is terrible after 22:00. All sorts of scum, *********, ***********.

Not only is the location excellent, it is also very convenient for traveling and doing business. What is even more surprising is the rich and varied breakfast, from exquisite Western pastries to nutritious hot meals. Every bite is full of energy in the morning, starting an efficient business day.

Location is relatively central and within walking distance to Jungfernsteig shopping district, 5 min drive from Alster Lake. The hotel is relatively new and clean, well maintained. There is a Nespresso machine in the room however there was no hot water kettle. When queried, the staff said to just use the Nespresso machine for hot water or drink water from the tap! Only sparkling water bottle was provided, if you want to buy a bottle of still water, it will cost EU7.00 (no thank you)!

Hostel has good location, just near train station, very clean, with everyday cleaning, nice reception and a lot of additional services. Only one minus - is very small toilet and shower in the room. It's impossible to move there and especially during the night. __________________ Хороший хостел, чистый и достаточно уютный. На ресепшене очень приветливые сотрудницы, все рассказали и подсказали. Уборка в номерах производилась каждый день. Единственный минус - очень маленький душ и туалет, не развернуться, наверное лучше было бы сделать туалет и душ на этаже, но нормальных размеров. Хостел советую, как бюджетный вариант с отличным расположением!

The breakfast was very good and the harbor bar that served as the breakfast room was very quaint. The location was perfect for us on the night before the cruise, but if you're coming to see Hamburg, you're a bit out of the way. The room was functional and clean, but nothing special. The night receptionist was a bit overwhelmed, but assured us it was his first night, so we didn't want to be too harsh.

Cleanness was given, breakfast super. Parking for €9 per day also. What I didn't think good, on the room of the tape floor, the sticks had and I as an allergic had a nose closed all night. The bed was comfortable, only the topper dropped down and down. Recommend the (separate) beds, a ride in the middle, as these were broader. Well, only with a chip card to reach the upper floors of the rooms. The price was still high (360€ for 2 pers and 2 nights).

The hotel is in a good location, about a ten-minute walk from the train station. There are two Chinese restaurants nearby. The breakfast is a standard German breakfast. However, the hotel does not provide water, nor does it have a water dispenser. You need to buy water from the machine next to the front desk, and it is easy to buy soda water by mistake. It is recommended to buy water before going to the hotel. It is also very quiet at night, and it is pretty good overall. After all, the price is not expensive, and I am very satisfied overall.

If you want to be in the middle of things, this is the place for you. In the courtyard and on a Monday in November, it was anything but loud.

As stated on the website, this hotel is directly opposite the Hamburg Railway Station and this adds to hotel being super handy to all attractions in Hamburg. Also the double decker tours buses leave from the station area. The main LGBTQ bars are also near here. (15 mins walk) My room was located in the middle of the building, so there was no street noise. However, the view was internal - between two buildings and there was very little natural light coming in. The room has no air-conditioning, so during the day it can be a little hot here in summer, but this was not a problem during the evening.. The hotel uses keys not electronic cards, so a little inconvenient. However, the biggest highlight was the included breakfast. Excellent selection of hot and cold dishes updated regularly by hotel staff. There are definitely cheaper places in Hamburg with better room facilities, but the location will always be a winner.
