Потрясающе красивое место. В отеле всего 6 бунгало. Очень приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Прекрасно говорят на английском. На пляже есть рестораны с очень вкусными морепродуктами. Отелей на пляже очень мало, в основном частная территория. Часто были практически одни на пляже) в обе стороны от отеля очень живописные виды. Волны в океане большие, но пляж удобный, камней нет. Ребенок с удовольствием прыгал на волнах недалеко от берега. Номера очень просторные, убираться готовы хоть каждый день, всегда спрашивают, что сегодня требуется. Воду дают ежедневно, чай, сахар, чайник в номере. На завтрак фрукты, свежевыжатый сок и омлет. На заказ можно другие варианты за доп. плату. Выбирала южную часть острова, здесь основная часть интересных мест. Экскурсии брали как у туроператора, так и через менеджера отеля. Через отель получилось дешевле, единственное что нужно знание английского. Кормили слонов и видели голубых китов. Это незабываемые впечатления! Мой лучший отдых!

Wunderbare Location direkt an einem der schönsten Strände Sri Lankas Sehr freundliches, stets bemühtes Personal Hatte hier einen sehr ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub Wenige Menschen verteilen sich auf dem 1,4 km langen Sandstrand, der sehr flach ins Meer verläuft.

This was by far our favourite place we stayed on the south coast! The hotel is situated on the beautiful Mawella beach, a private beach which is only for guests of hotels along the beach, so it was relatively quiet which we loved, as some of the other beaches we visited were packed. The hotel itself was lovely, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and the went over and above with their service. Having only 6 rooms, the hotel had a peaceful and relaxing feel to it. Highly recommend staying here for anyone wanting to visit the Tangalle area!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Mawella Beach Resort et ne pouvons que le recommander ! L’hôtel est magnifique, avec un personnel extrêmement sympathique et toujours soucieux de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Les chambres, spacieuses et confortables, conviennent parfaitement pour deux personnes. La piscine est impeccablement entretenue, tout comme le jardin. L’emplacement est idéal : à moins de 100 mètres d’une superbe plage quasi déserte, entourée de quelques petits resorts et restaurants, offrant ainsi une atmosphère paisible et exclusive. Seul petit point d’amélioration : la restauration, qui pourrait être davantage à la hauteur du reste des prestations du resort.

A last minute stay at this resort which turned out to be a great decision. Lovely small resort located on a beautiful quiet beach. Thank you to Prasad, who was super helpful and always there to look after us. We enjoyed bodyboarding in the sea and watching the fishermen come in whilst walking along the beach. Highly recommend

a very good located Hotel for relaxing and enjoying the marvellous beach which is maximum 50 m far in front of the Hotel. the staf is so nice, helpful and polite. We are since twelve days here and we'll leave on the 3rd of Feb. but I can't wait to write my experience about this beautiful hotel. on top of all are the owner and his gorgeous son who would do the impossible to your stay pleasant and more convenient. what a nice and humble people. I'm so glad meeting them. the son accompanied us couple of times with his convenient car to Ella and to the Safari park and he will drive us to the airport. such a service I've got anywhere else. I highly recommend this hotel.
