Art Yala Boutique Resort is niet alleen een zeer fraai gedecoreerd resort in Tissamahara maar ook een prima uitvalsbasis voor een safari in Yala n.p. De ligging aan het meer is geweldig, om nog maar te zwijgen over de zeer goede persoonlijke service van Madu en zijn team. Het eten is voortreffelijk en je voelt je hier gelijk thuis!

One of the best hotels in Sri Lanka. Madu and his team are so friendly and the service is amazing. Definitely eat there as well as the food is second to none. 10/10 would absolutely stay again if we return to Sri Lanka. Also can recommend to pick Madu's brains for all things Yala as he knows everyone and everything

Exceptional hotel, probably the best we stayed in. Great location on the lake with beautifully decorated rooms. Perfect base to tour yala national park. Madu and his staff were lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable and provided assistance in organising great tours. Make sure you eat there too as the food is exceptional. Thanks guys! :)

An idyllic location with incredibly attentive service. They organised our safari and all onward transport. A brilliant curry in the evening too. Ideal for a restful and relaxing break as it overlooks the lake on the outskirts of the town. Would recommend

Really good Sri Lankan food, good drinks, pretty views and welcoming hospitality! Also helped us spot a toucan. The playlist was also GREAT - vibey soul but chilled, so definitely come here if you’re near the lake as you won’t regret it! Thanks again

Tout est parfait, le logement est neuf et propre, le staff est très accueillant et amical. Le gérant est très gentil et nous a beaucoup aidé dans notre organisation de séjour. Les rideaux pourraient être occultant pour ne pas laisser passer de lumière tôt le matin.

Tuvimos una estancia espectacular. El hotel es nuevo. Las instalaciones son inmejorables. Además tiene buena vistas al lago tissa. Donde puedes ver el atardecer. Además tengo que destacar al personal. Ha sido espectacular con nosotros. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Preparan la cena o la comida con un poco de preaviso. Lo recomiendo está espectacular la comida. También hicimos el safari con ellos, lo organizan todo y te ayudan en lo que necesites.Si regreso volvería sin dudarlo. Gracias!!!

I was looking for a quiet intimate place in Tissa, not far from Yala NationalPark, and was happy to find Art Yala. The venue is idyllic - right on the lake, with gorgeous sunsets. The facility itself is very private - I had a huge room on the upper floor, very comfortable and immaculate. Meals were prepared by Indika, Art Yala's own on-site chef (outstanding!), and the staff did everything to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Madu, the owner, made arrangements for a morning safari into Yala, and to serve as my personal tour guide. It was a terrific experience! I enthusiastically recommend Art Yala to anyone seeking an intimate high quality stay close to Yala National Park.
