I booked my cabana several months in advance. When I arrived the hotel was closed for renovations and they had forgotten to inform me. So at 6pm I needed to try and find another hotel in peak season. I ended up pay having to pay double the price for a new hotel of a similar standard. Plus the expense of data on my phone to find it. Plus the time driving round to look at other hotels. No compensation from the hotel or even a written apology. They offered to let me stay in a cabana but I didn’t want to stay alone on a building site. Very disappointing and stressful. They need to do better at looking after guests.

Der perfekte Ort um die Naturparks in der Gegend zu besichtigen. Ein sehr hoher Standort des Luxus-Glamping Anwesens. Man kommt sich vor wie im 5 Stars Hotel. Ein sehr hoher Standard in der Ausstattung. Das Team war sehr engagiert den Aufenthalt persönlich zu gestalten. Die Betten waren sehr gut.

Everything is charged in USD and only accepts cash and you have to drive to a closest ATM. There are no dining options around so you pretty much have to rely on the hotel and their options are limited and too expensive for what you get. Transport to go to other places is also inconvenient and the communication of staff in arranging transport and food was not reliable.
