The scenery is excellent, the staff's service is excellent, and the room is a bit old. Half of the room price is due to the sea view, and the subway station is less than 100 meters across the road, which is a bonus.

The dinner buffet was of good quality and had a lot of variety. I don't think there are many places that offer this level of buffet and stay at this price. Repeat is confirmed.

The ocean view from the room was amazing. The sunset is especially beautiful. It is thoroughly cleaned and you can spend your time comfortably. The hot springs were very comfortable and I felt like I was at a resort. We also recommend taking a bath in the morning and taking a walk along the beach in front of the hotel.

I wanted to see the Shinkansen, so I asked for a room on the Lake Hamana side. My room was 1118. I kept watching it even in the middle of the night. The sunset from the lobby was beautiful, but I wanted to enjoy the evening view at Bentenjima Station and the eels, so I gave up relaxing in the lobby lol In winter, you can also see the sunrise from the Lake Hamana side. You can also see Hamamatsu Act City in the distance. ◆Disappointments ・You can finally see the Shinkansen by going out to the balcony, but there is no boundary with the next balcony, so it feels awkward. ・There is no outlet in the room, only one next to the bed. There is no humidifier, so you cannot unplug your appliances to charge them. ・The window was dirty, so I wiped it a little myself. You step over the sliding window to go out to the balcony, but the sound of the sliding window is surprisingly loud, so it is hesitant to do so late at night or early in the morning. ・I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi until the end. ・The "IN" sign on the parking lot is hard to see from the road. The parking lot below the hotel is narrow and difficult to maneuver.　Every time we go out in our car, they place traffic cones for us, but the staff always slams them on the ground, which is annoying. ◆Others ・There are two elevators in the building, but you can only call one. ・The faucets are the type that you turn separately for hot and cold water. ・Doors are not auto-locks, but you open them by turning a key. ・The hotel is old overall. 　As it is in a unique location, I think it would attract more customers if it were renovated...
