The price was right however the hotel was extremely old and outdated. Bathrooms seemed like the original from 1980. Dirt and dust under the beds showed questionable cleanliness. We asked for a non smoking room, got a smoking room with our 2 year old, unable to change due to no vacancy. One washer / dryer was helpful as was a microwave in the lobby. Staff spoke very little English. TV was an old box style with the option to pay for a pay tv card allowing access to adult porn.... whole place felt dirty. Location is good and many restaurants nearby. That’s where it ends.

オリエンタルルームに宿泊。ダイワロイヤルの和洋室は似てると思います。ただ、最上階にあり、広い窓から一日中陽がはいるし、エアコンが古い？のか、一斉に管轄しているようで、冷房、ドライなどの機能がなく、大浴場から帰ると暑くて暑くて💦温度を下げても暑かったです。これはどうにもならないのかな（笑） レストランは最高に美味かったです。一日目は、日本料理のコース（真ん中ランク）二日目は中華料理のコースを食べました。どちらも、良いタイミングで料理が出てくるので、ゆったりと美味しくいただきました。中華料理では、料理長が各テーブルを回って、挨拶に来てくれました。フランス料理は食べる機会が無かったのですが、最上階で夜景を見ながらゆったりと食事出来ると思います。朝食のバイキングは、ツアー客も一緒なので少々混雑しています。先に席を取ることをお勧めします。お箸とおしぼりを置いてた人が、ツアー客のおばちゃんに席を取られてモメてました（笑）分かり易いものを置いておきましょうネ！品数が沢山ありましたが、ライブキッチンでは、目玉焼きだけでオムレツはありません。あとゆかりのオムスビを握ってくれます。最上階のフレンチの横に予約制の少しお高い朝食があったようです。ランチもホテルで取りましたが、最高でした！カフェも広々としてよかったです。近所に住んでいたら、再々ランチに利用したと思います（笑） 大浴場の絶えずスタッフが清掃しているし、挨拶も気持ちよくしてくれました。ショップも朝７時からオープンしているので、早い出発の人には便利かも。

This time, I used ”Toyoko Inn Hamamatsu Station North Exit” for my wife, sightseeing and gourmet excursions. It is a business hotel that can be used with peace of mind at any time with clean indoor cleaning and bed sheets. I always use Toyoko Inn to travel with my wife and touring with friends. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet style has replaced the mini lunch box method to prevent coronavirus droplet infection. It will be a meal in the lobby or accommodation room, but the taste is ok. I was impressed that the miso soup was delicious this time.

A great experience, great room with a view, panoramic view of the lakeside lake, and you can also see the Ferris wheel and cable car on the side. As soon as you get up to the check-in floor, you will be filled with tatami fragrance. If you can't go to the hot spring public pool to soak in the soup and you can make an appointment for a semi-open-air family style, all of them are top-notch enjoyment ～ hotel service staff are quite considerate and thoughtful. The dining experience is also very good, the space for the box is exclusive, the meals are all seafood and seasonal dishes in the local yuan, delicious and exquisite to the Tianling Gai ⋯ Have the opportunity to stay again!

555love1999We used it for two adults and one infant before summer vacation! We stayed in a cheap price of less than 10000 yen in the location of the station. The size of the room was perfect and the infant could run around. The facilities were clean and comfortable. At night, you can get a hotel special curry for free, and breakfast is free and buffet is very satisfying. There was curry in the morning, but it was delicious! It was a quality that I didn't think was free. However, the response of the young men and women at the check-in was not good, so ☆ was -1. I can't understand it because I'm bad at the tooth out of greeting and I'm not sure I'm sorry that I'm so good at other things. I would like to use it when staying in Hamamatsu, so I expect the front desk education to be thorough!

SShiggy129I had a job in fukuroi city and stayed here. Close to national Route 1, access to Iwata city and fukuroi city is good, and there are restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, very convenient location ^_^ There is also a large bath in artificial hot springs, which healed the fatigue of work! There were coin laundry, vending machines and restaurants, and the staff were polite and nice. The room is a bit small but clean and clean. It is a recommended hotel if you stay overnight.

LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.

The check-in time was ２２ hours, but the man (foreign staff in Japan) who feels unfamiliar with Japanese corresponds, and despite the reservation with breakfast, ”I don't receive a reservation with breakfast. It is said that breakfast cannot be eaten. The parking lot is also full for the hotel, and there is no parking lot somewhere? I heard that there are many around it, so please look for yourself and stop. I thought it would be troublesome if I was a traveler who was unfamiliar with Hamamatsu. The hotel's large bath was also a man's side, the washroom was ８, but the bath was a full bathtub when adults entered ３ people. The female bath was also about the same size and the family said, but the security is low. HHOTraditional Japanese hot spring hotel, the staff is kind. The room was clean, the view was good to the famous lake on the main shore, there was independent air-conditioning and heating and air-conditioning, and the morning was orthodox and delicious.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.

I felt like I could break it down. I could feel the general deterioration of everything, including the furniture. Although it had been cleaned, there were cigarette butts left on the balcony (of course, smoking is prohibited, so it was probably the previous guest?), but it's a shame that no one noticed it. However, the meal content exceeds that. Best of all, all you can eat eel. Since you can eat the eel as it is grilled without any restrictions, you can get 3 refills of just the eel. Alcoholic beverages other than raw mugs are reasonably priced, comparable to those found on izakaya menus. The hot springs have been renovated and are clean, but the smell of limescale is strong, so don't get your hopes up.

GGuest UserIt was convenient because you can go from Hamamatsu Station without crossing a big road. I used it for the live expedition this time, but it was very helpful to arrive at Hamamatsu station around noon and to leave my luggage before check-in and carry it to the room.
It's a short walk to the convenience store, so if you come from the station, you might want to finish shopping at the convenience store first.
The staff at the front desk were polite and very good at any time zone.
I felt that the air conditioner was difficult to adjust for me, and even if it was weakest in three stages, the temperature was a little high.
