We were satisfied with the hotel service and room hygiene, but when we checked out, the waiter claimed that our room was missing a towel and asked us for compensation and refused to let us leave. We tried our best to explain that there was no such towel in the room when we checked in. It took the waiter 15 minutes to find out that they had forgotten to put the towel in our room. The hotel staff delayed our time because of their own work mistakes, which ruined our good mood for the whole day, and they did not apologize to us, which was very unsatisfactory. Such attitude and handling method are unacceptable. As a hotel, you cannot ask guests to prove that they did not steal items that were not in the room.

If I have the opportunity to go to Ha Long, I will come back to the hotel.

The food is average, but the location and view are great. It's the best! The staff doesn't speak English well, but they are very friendly. I'd definitely go back next time I have a chance.

The location is opposite Sun World. There will be loud music at night until early in the morning. People who are afraid of the noise will be affected by it. The room cleaning is not in place and the breakfast is average.
