The staff are very nice and friendly. The facilities are well maintained. Hotel provides free bikes for us to travel around. Clients can drink and eat at nearby restaurants. It is valuable to stay in this hotel.

The hotel I booked said there were no rooms, so I was taken to a nearby hotel. They charged me 60 RMB for checking out at 1:00, which was an hour later than the check-out time. That was too much.

Remote location in new complex, not much things or eateries around. We booked the honey moon suite which was nice with the round bed but not enough hot water at night to fill the bathtube. Nice view of the bay from rooftop.

The service is very good, the environment is great and clean. February may be the off-season in Halong Bay. When we arrived near the hotel, the entire area felt desolate and a bit like an empty city. A sharp contrast to Hanoi. People who like liveliness will be a little depressed, and it is rare to see people around. A day trip to Halong Bay is enough for a group tour. It is not recommended to stay for two nights.
