Novotel Ha Long Bay Hotel - Photo Gallery

Location at city centre with small night bazaar just opposite the hotel. Hotel room very comfy and stayed for a night after ha long bay cruise. There are food nearby within walking distance - a dong restaurant

I stayed at this hotel because I am familiar with Novotel in Jakarta, Indonesia. I got a 10% discount by using Trip Coins. I really enjoy es my stay at Novotel Ha Long Bay. 1. The room is extremely spacious. I would say that 3 people moving around would be no problem at all. The bed is also large. 2. The amenities are superb, I got all I need and some of those are eco-friendly items. 3. Not only the bedroom, the bathroom is spacious too. Wow! 4. The staffs are humble and understanding. At first I requested a late checkout until 12.30, yet I changed it to 13.00 because I just got back from my friend’s wedding. Furthermore, they always helping me order Main Linh taxi. 5. Squeaky clean!!! I love clean property!!! Unfortunately, there is no bidet. Indonesians use bidet daily. There is no option a of Halal food, yet it is okay, that is just common in Vietnam. Overall, my experience was impressive to the point I even take photos for the purpose of reviewing how good this hotel was.

The hotel staff is very considerate, the scenery is very beautiful, and the transportation is convenient. Because it is New Year, many local restaurants are closed, but the hotel restaurant is not closed. The food in the restaurant has many choices and is delicious.

Good service, enthusiastic staff, poor soundproofing, may have been after storm number 3 so the surrounding scenery was a bit shabby

The room is very big with a terrace There are many restaurants and seafood restaurants near the hotel. Easy access to nearby sun-world attractions Only it was too noisy at night. The music played by the beach bar in the distance was too loud. Hotel staff are not very friendly and have no sense of intimacy

On December 26th (tenth), we only saw 2 guests during the two days of staying at the hotel we visited. When making a reservation, there was no information about the view outside the window. I long for the hotel I stayed at in Thanh Hoa the day before.

The facilities are old. When I get water in the bathtub, the water counts. The water was so strong that the floor had water and I almost slipped while walking to the bathroom wearing the slippers provided by the hotel. Instead, the breakfast in the morning is satisfactory.
