On the one hand the location is convenient as there are markets and the city center nearby on the other hand you get tired of walking along a stinking street with rats, the bus stop for 17 and 19 is quite far - you need a bike to stay at this hotel, you can order it through the owners

The hotel is good, the view from the terrace, 400 rooms on the sea and sunset. There are gaps in the door, but this did not create problems. But the hotel is worth its money. There is a market nearby, and with a stretch a beach for swimming
