Pet friendly Hotels Halle

Wir waren eine Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen, einem 10jährigen Kind und einem kleinen Hund, hatten für 2 Nächte drei Zimmer gebucht und dazu noch 2 Tiefgaragenstellplätze und das Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Magistrale in Halle Neustadt. Die S-Bahn in die Altstadt liegt gleich nebenan. Unsere Autos waren in der Tiefgarage die extra abgerechnet wurde save und wurden in der Zeit dort auch nicht gebraucht. Die Begrüßung und Formalitäten beim ein- und auschecken erfolgten trotz Andrang freundlich und geduldig durch die Mitarbeiter*innen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Bett war super bequem, selbst nach anstrengender Fahrt und Rückenproblemen so gut, das selbst den hochbetagten Senioren nix zwackte. Zudem waren es trotz der Nähe zur Magistrale ruhige und erholsame Nächte. Die Dusche lief trotz vollem Haus und im oberen Stockwerk auch zu Andrangzeiten mit wohltuendem Druck und Temperatur. Unsere Familie hatte alle drei Zimmer nebeneinander, was kurze Wege für spontane Absprachen bedeutete und mehr Freude machte, als im Haus wild verteilt zu sein. Entsprechend der individuellen Wünsche wurde täglich gereinigt - oder Rücksicht auf das Türschild dies wegen dem Hund nicht zu wollen genommen. Besonders schön für die Frühaufsteher unter uns war die Möglichkeit noch vor dem Frühstück heißen Kaffee oder Tee im Rezeptionsbereich zu bekommen und auf dem ruhigen Hof zu genießen. Apropos Genuss: Es lohnt sich das Frühstück im Hotel zu sich zu nehmen!!! Auf jeden Fall mit dazu buchen! Es wird in Buffetform angeboten und deckt wirklich jeden Geschmack und Hunger reichhaltig ab. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, freundlich und hilfreich um seine Gäste und ihre Bedürfnisse bemüht und hat alles im Blick um schnell nachzufüllen! Gerne hätten wir nach dieser Erfahrung auch im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Wegen Großveranstaltungen und großen Reisegruppen an diesem Wochenende ging dies für andere Gäste als die der Reisegruppen leider nicht, sah aber dort auch sehr gut aus. Woher die eigentlich niedrige Bewertung des Tryp by Windham Halle kommt, erklärt sich uns keinesfalls. Wir werden alle gerne wiederkommen und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit.

A very beautiful and quiet hotel near the main station. The city centre is great to reach and with the tram that also drives nearby, you can very well explore the city. The rooms were very clean and beautifully furnished. The staff, whether at the reception, in the restaurant or in the housekeeping, were very friendly. Breakfast buffet is very rich and the dinner in the restaurant has tasted us very well.

I really like 'classic' hotels: sweeping staircases, uniquely shaped rooms, vintage furniture, slightly creaky hallways etc. Dormero fits the bill. but.... Hospitality is key. I arrived at the hotel at 23:06. I was told I had no reservation. After insisting, I was told that my reservation was cancelled because I was too late, the desk closes at 23.00, and why did I not know that. I tried digging into my high school German to apologise, but was then confronted with the fact that I may not refer to the desk clerk as 'Du', but should use 'Sie' (I remember this, I should have used 'you' (Sie)) instead of 'you' (Du) as a matter of politeness). Then she complained I had a 'foreign' phone number so she couldn't contact me to check if I was coming (I am a global traveller, but have a phone from a neighbouring EU country. SMS/whatsapp/phone calls all work.) Anyway, it took at least 15 minutes for the clerk to 'retrieve' my reservation and get me the key. some background about my role in this. I looked up the hotel on the largest hotel website, but booked on the hotel's own site. Why give more money to the platform. So, you think the hotel would value my consideration. I received the email confirmation and just checked quickly that the date was correct. I was planning to check in to the hotel before my business dinner at 19.00, but my train arrived an hour late, so I had to run to dinner. This stuff happens, and you hope that accommodations can accommodate this. I have come across hotels with early desk closing. They always mail or text separately that this is the case, and then describe how to enter hotel of pick up key after hours (ever heard of a key-code entry system?). Anyway, next trip I may book the corporate box hotel and skip the quaint. A pity.

We slept here one night to meet the family at the Christmas market. The location is ideal for that. I had some concerns about the location so close to Riebeckplatz, and I also have to say that I could still hear some traffic despite the window being closed. Not a problem for city dwellers, but perhaps for rural residents. The air conditioning was also quite loud. We had to turn it on at night because the room got warm. Unfortunately we had to reconfigure it again at night because it wasn't running in the correct mode. Otherwise we didn't miss anything. The room size was good. There were even games in the room. We then used the bar late in the evening and were able to end the day comfortably.

A very nice boutique hotel— blends well into the Lessingsrasse—easy to get there by. public trabsport( streetcar). The center/ the university/ the Moritzburg/ the castle Giebichstein within walking distance. The old facade well restored. First glance— and you like this hotel: customer friendly personnel/ a nice courtyard/ comfortable rooms( tgecstabdard rooms: o.k.— I would recommend to reserve a “ Komfort- DZ with king size bed). The breakfast excellent— a good variety. In summer you can enjoy the breakfast on the terrace in the courtyard.A sauna— relaxing after a day of work.

Nice small hotel to use as stopover, when en route to Southern Europe. Is closeby highway 14 and is easy to. Small but sufficient room with a good bed. A bit warm on a hot summer night, as the cooler has difficulties cooling 2 rooms. Breakfast is good and with a good variety. Service in reception is swift and professional.

We found ourselves stuck in Halle due to a train malfunction and quickly booked the ibis as we had two small kids in tow. It was a very easy, less than 10 minute walk to the train station. The front staff checked us in quickly and even gave the kids a free ice cream which put them in much better moods (sincere thanks for that small act of kindness on behalf of two very tired parents). The room was large which allowed for plenty of space to rest and relax. There wasn't much to do near the hotel, but we ordered in a delicious Greek meal and were thankful for the comfortable stay until we continued our travels the next day. Thank you for being a respite to weary travelers!

I stayed at the Halle B&B Hotel for three nights at the end of May, 2023. I was travelling alone on a small break after a work commitment elsewhere in Germany. This hotel is perfectly located for access to the Market Square and the tourist attractions of the old town. The staff were kind and helpful, and most spoke good English. The hotel is modern, very clean, and with simplicity at the core of its design. The room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom clean and functional. It was very quiet at night (my room was away from the front, which I think was a plus), and provided a good base from which to explore the city. The ”continental” buffet breakfast was simple but filling (no hot food options) and the fourth floor dining room provided a wonderful view over the city. On the ground floor of the same building is a very large supermarket, providing more options for food and drink, although there are no cooking facilities in the rooms.
