During the skiing trip in Hakuba, although I didn't drive myself and the transportation was a little inconvenient (the shuttle bus with fewer flights sometimes couldn't fully meet the needs), the hotel's front desk service made me feel extremely warm and thoughtful. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to several front desk staff for their enthusiastic assistance and professional service. This was my first time to go skiing in Hakuba. I was unfamiliar with the local environment and did not have a car. In addition, I had to send my luggage back to the airport, so I encountered many challenges during the process. First of all, I would like to express my special thanks to an older male waiter who was kind and polite. He helped me with the delivery service. The process was very careful and made me feel at ease. Secondly, thanks to a short, slightly fat but smiling male waiter. After learning that I had been waiting in the lobby for two hours because the shuttle bus did not arrive on time, he tried his best to help me call a taxi to the ski resort. Although he was unsuccessful in the end, he understood my persistence and was always willing to help. When I got back to the hotel, as time was tight, he took the initiative to ask his supervisor and quickly helped arrange a hotel car to take me to the station so that I could catch the bus and JR train to Tokyo. At the same time, he also helped me pick up my stored luggage and assisted in moving it. He was more anxious than I was throughout the whole process, which deeply touched me. I am deeply sorry that I was unable to express my gratitude or give a tip in person as I was in a hurry at the time. Also, I would like to commend a young waitress. Although she was inexperienced, she was still careful and responsible, and tried her best to solve my problem, which made me feel her dedication and professionalism. During this trip, the sincerity and enthusiasm of these service staff provided me with great help. Even when faced with emergencies, they always put themselves in the guests' shoes and demonstrated an excellent service attitude. Next time I visit Hakuba, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again because their service makes me feel at home. Thanks again! What an awesome experience! The hotel offered exemplary service before we even arrived. Due to special travel arrangements, we arrived late and the staff quick to arrange an in-room bento dinner for us before our arrival. When we got there, we were immediately blown away by the gorgeousness of the hotel. Despite its age, everything was very clean and polished. I can see that great care had been taken to upkeep the hotel and it’s premises, which are extraordinarily beautiful. We couldn’t resist taking pictures even after check-out, and it took us an hour to finally reluctantly leave. Words cannot actually do the place justice, you must visit there yourself. We were very impressed with how delicious the food was, and the attention to detail, including the placement of the food, the coordination of food color. My mouth is still watering as I recall how delicious it was. I had 10 helpings of their prime rib one day. Besides, I had a dietary restriction and the staff were really careful with that, to the extent of reminding me what dishes not to eat everyday at their breakfast and dinner buffet. In addition to excellent food and service, the hotel went out of its way to be very eco-friendly. For every day that we did not need our room to be tidied, we earned points, which can be traded in for ice cream or other goodies. Finally, the staff spoke perfect English. This is rare indeed, and it made everything so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Thanks for the experience!

It looks like a hotel for skiers, but I was a little surprised to see so many people using it even in the summer. The surrounding hotels looked just like I had imagined since it was summer. I could tell from the car license plate numbers that there were many customers from all over the place. Inside, there is also an annex, and it's so spacious that it's hard to grasp the whole thing. The gondola station is nearby and you can walk there. There are discount tickets for gondolas, so if you buy them here, you'll save money.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It’s very cost-effective. It includes pick-up and drop-off from Hakuba Station, breakfast and dinner, hot springs, and pick-up to other ski resorts! The dinner was delicious and sumptuous! The stream next to the hotel is also beautiful

Here's a review for Courtyard Hakuba: Sure! Here's a review for Courtyard Hakuba: We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Hakuba with our family and had a comfortable experience. The room size was adequate for our needs, providing enough space to move around comfortably. However, the combined bathroom and toilet were a bit on the smaller side, which might be a consideration for some travelers. The breakfast offered could definitely use some improvement. It was quite repetitive with not much variation from day to day. A bit more variety would make the dining experience better. We skied at Hakuba 47 and were pleased with the convenience of the shuttle service provided by the hotel. The shuttle operated at designated times, making it easy to get to and from the slopes. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would return.

Very quaint Japanese-style hotel, overall I would give it a score of 70. There are free buses to various ski resorts at the door, and it is not far from Echo Land. The service and facilities are fine, but for those who don't know the situation, they don't understand because of the language barrier. I missed breakfast on the first day because of this (I didn't expect them to stop serving food after 8:30, and there was no phone notification), but the overall cost performance is quite high.

The breakfast buffet is delicious, there are two public hot springs, one private bath, private bath must be reserved in advance, reservation is half price in the morning, it is very cheap, only a few hundred yen, there are shuttle buses to jr or bus stations, Daily scheduled pickup and drop off at the ski resort

The Onsen is good. The only downside is wearing the in house Japanese yukata is prohibited in restaurants and some area. It is not that convenient to change clothing back and forth.

It's called ski in & out but the cable car was not open when I went there. Fortunately, the ski school and another cable car are just a few minutes' walk away. The staff are very friendly. The girl who speaks Chinese and the uncle who drives are very friendly. The whole accommodation experience is good. The breakfast is simple but filling. Dinner is usually a small hot pot and a buffet similar to breakfast. There are too few beverages. At least there is milk and coffee for breakfast, but there is only green tea and water for dinner

I had a very good time in Hakuba, staff in this hotel are so kind. They serve good food as well. It’s a very comfortable place. Ray kept helping us on different things, very considerate. He did his best to fulfill our needs, thanks you very much. I wish to stay there for more days, highly recommended.
