位置很好，就在八方尾根附近，停車也很方便和寬敞，前台服務很熱情，介紹滑雪場晚上的營業時間。Lobby lounge很cozy，但是public bath不太行，基本上沒見到有人用，泡湯還是去附近的八方尾根温泉，又便宜又好

The hotel is beyond expectation. Near to Happone and good for those who aim to ski. Very friendly staff.

Spacious room but a bit overpriced
Room was spacious but a bit overpriced. Staff was friendly especially Ms Ayu. Need to take note of the breakfast serving time as it ends at 8am. Hotel will provide free shuttle service if the ski shuttle is not yet in operation. Suggest to go after mid Dec if your main objective is to ski. Most of the restaurants are closed until mid December.

Great ski hotel
Very clean quant place. Morning breakfast was a great way to start the day. Definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Excellent place to stay and staff was great. Just remember that they can pick you up on the day you check in and they can drop you off the day you check out. I had to get dropped off at the Hakuba station when I was leaving
