The landlords are an elderly Japanese couple, super friendly. He tries his best to communicate with you, say hello and help you. During the snow season, this price-performance ratio is definitely worth it. But it is best to drive here. There is a place to park at the door, and the room is simple with its own toilet and bathroom.

Warm friendly hosts, free drop off to hapo-one for two days (so nice of them!), short 5 minute walk to the free shuttle bus if u want to go to other resorts (closest bus stop is gakusui on line T3), convenient parking, and when we left the friendly staff had already swept away all the ice and snow around our car so we could drive off without any fuss. The room was clean and atmospheric (Japanese style) and the communal bath was so nice after a long day of skiing. Also, great value for this excellent stay in the middle of snow country. Hope to come back!

The landlady is very enthusiastic. She reminds us to pay attention to the snowy road conditions when we go out every day and also provides snow clearing tools. She is really considerate. Looking forward to staying here again next time.
