The room and the hot spring are perfect. There is teppanyaki for dinner, but the seats are tight and must be booked in advance. I booked late and had to eat kaiseki for two days. Breakfast and dinner are perfect, except that the dinner time is a bit long. The only minus is the service. As one of the best hot spring hotels in Hakone (and one of the most expensive), the attitude of the female waiters is good, and the attitude of the male waiters is really the kind of politeness that makes people feel awkward. They understand everything. It is natural that the front desk staff is not good at English. I don’t know if it’s because I have seen too many rich guests. I went to Japan and changed four or five hotels. The attitude of the male waiter in this hotel is the most uncomfortable. Other hotels that cost hundreds or thousands of yuan a night are not bad.
