We loved our experience is this hotel! We had such a lovely evening with our friends an and enjoyed the sunset over the lake- what a perfect ending to the day. We booked the best rooms (kind of by accident but so happy we did that). They’re the top floor rooms with the balconies. Worth it! The breakfast was also truly fantastic- lots of variety and excellent quality choices, including fresh delicious fruit. The onsen was also a delight.

The hotel is super good. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony facing Hakone Port and very close to the Narukawa Art Museum. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. The hotel has Chinese service staff. The only drawback is that the breakfast is very average and there are not many varieties.
