This is the hotel I will go to again when I come to Hakone. It's so beautiful and the service is great. We arrived very late and the staff recommended restaurants to us and drove us there. It was great!

It was perfect. Loved the Onsen, though I had no other experience before. Comfortable bed, my room had a stove, cozy.
It was located deep in the forest, about 6 minutes walk to the bus stop.
15 minutes walk to the combi.
The staff was very friendly.

The hotel's condition doesn’t match the photos you can find online. It is not well maintained, the garden and trees are not taken care of, and the facility is getting old with molds and paint peeling in the rooms. Extremely cheap room speakers, no television, cheap hairdryer, cheap amenities. Not what we are expecting for such a price. I paid 95,000¥ for one night without dinner included. Overpriced.

The hotel is located in the mountains. If you want to go from Tokyo, you need to take a train and a bus/long-distance bus, which takes about three hours.
The environment and style of the hotel are as shown in the picture, very peaceful and quiet.
A small complaint: The design of the hot spring pool is a bit too simple, the French food is not very appetizing, and there are no convenient restaurants around.
