We had a rest with a company. The facilities are Spartan. But it was fun.
The administrator is a sweetheart, very kind, polite and responsive. He steadfastly tolerated our loud, cheerful company while we celebrated two birthdays two days in a row. There is a bar and a cool dog (allergy sufferers should pay attention)

Location is around 20mins bus journey from hakone yumoto station to kami-sokokura bus stop,
Towel need to pay a fee, do bring your own if you want to save money.
There is a private onsen at the shower area.

It's close to the bus station, about a five-minute walk. The owner is friendly. The facilities are simple but complete. There is a small bar where you can drink and chat with everyone to build relationships. Affordable room
