Excellent ryokan! Good onsen! The view of Fuji is breathtaking right from the room and from the onsen. Be sure to use the free transfer from the bus stop, otherwise it is difficult to go up the mountain with a suitcase. The hotel does not always respond promptly, so arrange the transfer in advance! Our food was not included, there are not many restaurants in Hakone, but you can find one and the guys take you to the restaurant, I think, for free too!
