非常温馨的家庭式酒店，雖然開業有些年份了但是房間裏的裝修設備一點感覺不到舊，老闆非常有品味整個酒店的裝修傳統和現代結合的很好。員工都非常熱情，特別表揚下酒店司機。酒店有附近美術館或強羅站的接送服務需提前預約。我們從玻璃美術館走回酒店的路上遇到司機正在等候其他客人，主動把我們送回酒店👍🏻。退房離開時看到了電視中的日式送別…每個人都很真心實意的服務。對的起這份價錢。唯一一點缺陷酒店房間裏有類似抽風機什麼的東西會有些噪音

Very satisfied 👍, had sukiyaki for dinner and the famous Japanese breakfast! Also took a 45-minute private bath at night! In the morning, the hotel sent us to Gora station by car. It was very convenient to take the train down the mountain. I will come to Hakone again next time to see the cherry blossoms

The hotel facilities are not new. I thought there would be less people and better privacy, but it was full of compatriots. The price is close to 7k but not at the level of 7k. Two or three thousand is acceptable. Dinner was Sukiyaki. I was so sick of eating two slices of beef. I can only say that it is neither good nor bad. The price-performance ratio is slightly low. I will probably not come again next time
