After two days in Hakone, it was a surprise here...the overall tone is very dark, there are no disposable slippers, and the uppers of the slippers worn outside have cracked. I chose this place because it’s close to the cable car, but if you’re like me and you’re looking for this or other reviews that say Pola’s skin care is Pola, it’s totally unnecessary. The options for both dinner and breakfast were sparse and not tasty. As for the hot springs, it's okay... Personally, if it costs more than 1,200 for one stay and two meals, it's not cost-effective. Oh, by the way, you don’t have to choose a room with a private bathroom. If you must stay, you can wash it in the hot spring bathroom.

The most satisfying hotel in my trip to Hakone. The hot springs are super comfortable and very close to the cable car station. It is an Odakyu hotel. The lobby is elegant and comfortable. It is very pleasant to stay here. Highly recommended.
