This hotel gave us a surprise that was beyond our expectations! The room is Japanese style. Although it is not large, it is well-equipped and reasonably laid out. What is particularly commendable is the meticulous and thoughtful service! The three main staff members were very good and would try their best to meet our needs. In addition to asking about dining arrangements and cleaning matters, they also helped us plan our travel routes and itinerary. The communication process was patient and considerate. We stayed for two nights. The two nights of dinner and two days of breakfast were very exquisite Kaiseki cuisine. The taste was superb and the portion was very large. It was full of ritual. We took the dinner menu away as a souvenir. Every day after playing, we came back to enjoy the natural private soup in the room and went to the restaurant's private room to taste the beautiful and delicious dishes one by one. My friend and I felt that this was the best accommodation experience we had ever enjoyed, and we deeply felt the Japanese service. I will book here again next time I come to Hakone! !

This hotel is the most expensive (more than 6,000 RMB per night) and the least cost-effective of all the hot spring hotels we stayed in Japan. There are very few waiters in the whole hotel, and one person has multiple jobs (waiter, driver, check-in clerk). There is no front desk and no elevator. The so-called hot spring is actually a wooden barrel mixed with hot and cold water in a water tank. The food is not delicious, especially the breakfast. The room is relatively small and old. I hope the hotel can solve the problem of insufficient staff as soon as possible, otherwise the waiters will be too hard and it will affect the guest experience.

(Everyone was so nice!) I was very happy with the welcome drink, Shirahonoka. (I wanted to buy it as a souvenir, but the nearby liquor store told me that they only have draft beer, which was disappointing 😢) The view from the room (Omonji) was very beautiful, and from the bath window in the room I could enjoy the beautiful view and the gentle breeze while bathing, so I was able to spend a very relaxing time. It was a wonderful space where only the family could enjoy meals, and the food was even more delicious than I was looking forward to, so it was a meaningful time.
