Public onsen (2 pools for women and men) - tattoos are allowed. Private onsen must be booked in advance.
Cons: guest haori - it is obvious that they are not new. Dust collects on some walls closer to the ceiling due to the peculiarities of the plaster.

The room is a pure Japanese tatami room, and it looks clean, but the hot spring is very small, and it is crowded for two people to enter. The receptionist's English is very poor, and communication is a bit difficult. The key is that they have luggage storage services. We planned to play in Hakone and then go to Atami the next day. We discussed with them to store the luggage until 1 pm, but they told us that they had to repair the air conditioner. There was no one in the hotel in the morning. It was obviously a shirking of responsibility.
