The hotel is located on the hill, the tram has to get off at Zhongqiang Luo, on the left hand side, remember to get off on the left hand side, do not get off wrong. The tail spot car at 6pm, if you have to walk up the hill after 6pm, it is quite far and to go up the hill is quite strenuous.

Неплохой отель. Красивая территория и легко найти. Понравились кресла с массажем. Довольно сытный ужин и завтрак Кайсеки. К сожалению очень хотелось по сидеть на видовой террасе, но она была закрыта 2 дня. Думали что в стоимость номера входит пол часа аренды приватного онсена на улице, но при выезде за него попросили заплатить.

The only downside for this beautiful resort is that the rooms are a bit worn. Except for this, it is just amazing. Breakfast and dinner are the pieces of art. Lush green surroundings. They have private onsens, which could be very convenient if its your first time. And the location is just fine, you can drop your luggage and continue to Hakone’s circle route.

There was some imperfections on the paper doors which didn't look nice, but besides its amazing. The vibe,garden and served food were amazing. Staff is really friendly and willing to help. Especially thankful to front desk girl who worked between 16:00-17:00 on May 12, i was getting late to my train,panicking, she helped me, even though barely speaked English, so I made it on time:)

Pros:
1. Very convenient location - 5 minutes walk to the cable car
2. Free Sake in the lobby until 19.00, as well as coffee, tea, water, sometimes there is red and white wine (not always)
3. Very tasty dinner and Kaiseki breakfast
Cons:
1. Disgusting service. That is, there is none at all. Very unfriendly reception staff
2. The room is dirty
3. The faucet in the bathroom is leaking, it is impossible to take a normal shower (all the plumbing is very old)
4. The yukatas are old, washed out, even the clean ones stink
5. Private Onsen. The cost is 3 thousand yen, but it is not worth it. We had an unpleasant incident. We booked a private Onsen, but when we got there on time, the water in the Onsen was boiling! Natural boiling water in which you can boil. I almost got burned. After contacting the reception, the employee adjusted the water flow and it became normal.
6. Public Onsen. Quite dirty
Total: overall, I do not recommend staying at this ryokan, I am sure that for such a high price you can find a much better option!
