Dinner included, but it was a buffet with no choice. The room was old and dirty, and the TV was covered in dust. I cleaned it myself. It was so disappointing. The route was not convenient. There were few shuttle buses, and I couldn't even walk. Only the service was OK, and the hot springs were OK. The room, accommodation and food were really bad. It was too bad for the price of one night and two meals. I booked it during the cherry blossom season. It's rare to write such a bad review. I didn't believe the bad reviews saying it was dirty before, and I regret it. I booked two more days. All my beautiful fantasies of going to Hakone again were shattered.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in Japan!
It was so dirty that I couldn't even take photos!
The hotel is a 30-minute walk from Yumoto Station. Although there is a bus that takes you 300 meters in front of the hotel, it takes 1-2 hours to get there!
After checking into the room, the whole room was full of mold and dust. The front desk reluctantly changed the room under strong request.
But! Yes! The new room's bathroom outlet was full of clumps of hair, blood in the pillow, and a lot of other messes!
I sincerely recommend not staying in this hotel!

The hotel is quite remote, about 15 minutes' walk from Hakone Station at night. The hygiene is average. The tatami in the room is so hard that I can't sleep. The breakfast and dinner are average. There are only a few hot springs, and there are no bath towels, cold drinks and desserts after bathing.

The hotel is located in a remote location in the middle of the mountain. The bedding in the room is not clean enough, stained and too old. The electric water heater is stained and there is no water cup provided. The bathroom faucet is too low and difficult to use. I will probably not stay here again.
