很多寫點評，也沒給過差評。 這家實在是差，不想各位期待過高，還是寫一寫。 從兩個方面評價：1. 酒店 2.攜程設定的套餐 酒店： 博主去過日本大大小小的温泉酒店了，這家在硬件上説不上最差，但衞生和服務絕對配不上日式服務和高端温泉旅館這兩項指標。 1. 酒店竟然有比廣東更大的蟑螂 大家可以想象一下 誰榻榻米+蟑螂是什麼體驗（一晚上沒睡好 怕蟑螂進耳朵） 2. 酒店前種了幾把竹子，導致：1）晚上進來一堆蟲子 2）第二天早上你就別妄想泡一把早起的温泉了，露天温泉池裡都是大大小小的蟲子（不知道是不是撫子這個房型的問題） 3. 房間旁邊就是廚房，晚上到11點半還咚咚直響 第二天早上4點半就是（出來玩是熬夜的還是放鬆的 真讓人匪夷所思） 4. 温泉池我懷疑沒有循環，看着臟，回來皮膚也有點問題 5. 房間的浴衣一股汗臭味，喊前台換了兩次才是乾淨的。 6. 酒店的服務員都是日語都講不明白的外國人，服務態度太差，餘下幾個日本人也好像被帶壞了一樣，第一次給我送浴衣我在打電話沒聽到，後面也沒有任何電話過來確認，你可以説我苛刻，但請看一下房費。 説完酒店，我再説一下攜程這個套餐的設定問題。其實這個房型最低是2人，在日本的官網不可以預訂一個人，攜程估計是談了什麼協議，設定了這個單人套餐，結果就直接扣除了日本温泉酒店裡麪的最重要的環節之一懷石料理晚餐，但攜程的頁面對此沒有任何説明，衹標註不含早，似乎有點偷換概念。我打給客服，説有給我發郵件註明，我直接硬懟，請看下郵件內容再説這句話。後來又找了個理由説是因為我沒有提前3天預訂，我認為這個説法挺敷衍，如果務必提前三天預訂，平台可以設定不可預訂，也可以標註不提前3天不含晚餐，但是都沒有。説好了平台就是仗着消費者不知情白*，有無一宿二食價格完全不一樣。另外，如果大家去過温泉酒店可能都會了解，有些酒店很偏僻，不含這頓晚飯確實在前不着村後不着店的地方會餓肚子。核心還是花了錢，服務沒有到位，有詐欺嫌疑，平台完全可以讓顧客選擇，有無餐食的價格和需要餐食需要提前多久預訂。當然攜程的後續處理整體我還是滿意的，退了部分款項，在這裏我也不多説了。大家預訂這個酒店和套餐注意確認清楚。 最後，奉勸大家，首先撫子這個房型別訂了，廚房旁邊，吵還有蟑螂，温泉還臟（我在日本第一次泡到這麼臟的温泉）。另外，這個酒店同等價位有其他更多更好的選擇，非不得已勿選，我認為整體離普通温泉旅館都有很大的差距更別説是高級旅館了。

Not a natural hot spring

I have been to Japan dozens of times. This time I was looking forward to a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel with one night and two meals, but the actual experience was not good. There was a special service during the stay, but this person was not Japanese. She just mechanically did what she should do. She was neither enthusiastic nor reflected the traditional Japanese cultural atmosphere. Instead, she felt disturbed because she appeared frequently in front of me. As for the food, there were many varieties, but the ingredients were ordinary and the taste was average. The meat for dinner was roasted pork. The hotel at this price should have high-quality wagyu. There were only two small portions of raw fish, one was thickly cut white fish, which had a bad taste and was not fresh and sweet; the other was pickled tuna, which was even more difficult to describe. Overall, this place is more like a hotel opened by foreigners to serve foreigners. If you are visiting Japan for the first time and want to experience Japanese food, culture and service, I don’t recommend this place. If you are familiar with Japan, then the experience here is terrible.
