I stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday. I reserved a cake on the website and when I checked with the front desk, they kindly provided us with a lighter, plates, and other items, which was really nice. The bath had a massage chair space, so it was relaxing. I was also glad that we could cook in the room. It was a wonderful trip...^_^

很喜歡仙石原，酒店地理位置很好，就在公交站和711對面，旁邊就是eva打卡點，去御殿場奧萊也很方便。房間非常大，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，工作人員態度非常好，唯一美中不足之處是當晚不知為何在房間洗澡時第二人洗澡水突然變成冷水，衹好去大澡堂，直到次日早上水龍頭裡也仍然是冷水。除此以外，各方面都很滿意。

Amazing hotel with one of the best diners I’ve ever had. BUT Hakone is not worth it… you’ll probably not be able to see Mount Fuji because there is always haze there and you can only move around by bus and they are expensive and really crowded because it became viral on internet (tourist trap). Maybe come here and don’t leave the hotel
