The overall experience was very good, but the details of the room were not cleaned clean enough. There was dust and hair in the corners of the table in the room that was not cleaned up. I was a little disappointed. The other feelings were very good, so I ignored it. Otherwise, I would remind the front desk to clean it up, and the experience would be more perfect. The hot spring in the room was warm and comfortable enough, and the public hot spring scenery was also beautiful, but few people went there. I wonder if I should point out such hygiene details next time?

I had high expectations because I thought about it for a long time and decided. Since it was all-inclusive for drinks, snacks, and two meals, there was nothing to pay other than the accommodation tax. However, when I tried to clean up the towels I had left in the room, there was a lot of hair and bug remains, which was a bit unpleasant. Also, food got on the pink scarf worn around the waist of the child's yukata, so it couldn't be used. Other than that, the dining service, public bath environment, and dinner food and beverage service were really good.

I went there during the Qingming Festival. The drizzle made the atmosphere of the hotel lobby more mysterious, and the scenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows more ethereal. I booked a "Tu" room at that time. The room's own open-air private hot spring was embedded in the forest. Soaking in the hot spring made me feel one with nature. The hotel's two meals were OK, but not up to the best level of similar hotels.

At first, I was a little hesitant about the price of the hotel, but I gritted my teeth and rushed in because there was a private bath. I won't post the hotel pictures, but other comments have them. I'll say something different. Just the Kaiseki dinner on the day and the Japanese breakfast on the next day are worth 2500+. After dinner, drinks and snacks in the executive lounge are free to take, even Coke is in glass bottles, which is rare in domestic hotels. The room is very clean, and with the aromatherapy, I want to sleep at night. I was a little more energetic after taking a private bath. The minibar is very rich, and there are homemade matcha cakes in the hotel. Toiletries, facial cleansers, and lotions are all top-notch, and the service level is completely incomparable to domestic hotels. This is why I give it 5 points. In the end, although I didn't take a public bath, the ice cream in the refrigerator on the first floor of the basement must not be missed. We had small pudding + chocolate banana ice cream that day, and we showed off several. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will bring my friends with me!

The experience of staying at Gora Byakudan Hotel was great, completely beyond expectations, a perfect trip to Hakone. Matcha and snacks were provided when checking in, which were very delicious. Miss Takano Saki, who was responsible for checking us in and introducing us, was beautiful and cute ❤️. She could speak a little Chinese and the communication was very smooth. She asked us about our needs very patiently. The room was very large and comfortable, with quite complete supplies and an aromatherapy stove. Each room has a private bath, which is super relaxing after soaking. There is free coffee, tea, and milk all day, and delicious strawberry ice cream at the entrance of the public bath. Free drinks and candy snacks are also provided from 8pm to 11pm. The kaiseki dinner was very good, beautiful, delicate and delicious. It was served one by one, and the whole process took 2 hours. I experienced grinding my own mustard. The young lady who served us introduced the dishes very patiently. The service was very good. The Japanese breakfast on the second day was also very rich, and the grilled fish was super fragrant. 👍
