Advantages: Large space, complete facilities, and convenient washing machine and dryer. The room itself has heating and double-glazed windows, so it is warm in winter. The massage chair was nice.
Normal: Not far from the station, but there are not many shops nearby. Convenience stores and drug stores are more than five minutes' walk away.
Cons: No elevator. Raising the wooden floor will amplify the sound of footsteps, so you have to be careful when walking to avoid disturbing those downstairs. There is no heating and no place to put clothes in the bathroom. Outside the bathroom is the space for the washing machine. There is only a single-layer window here and it is very cold. It is very cold every time I put on clothes after taking a shower.
There was an incident where the dryer made a strange noise. After I notified them via Line, they came and replaced the machine the next day, which was quite fast.
