入住體驗整體較為舒適，地理位置是其最大亮點——位於縣城中心，步行可達綺園商業街、海鹽博物館等景點，前往觀海園看日出也僅需3分鐘車程，十分便利。客房乾淨整潔，但設施稍顯陳舊，衞浴若能翻新會更佳。早餐豐富多樣，超出預期。服務整體不錯，前台熱情且熟悉本地旅遊資訊。酒店停車位相對充足，適合自駕遊客，周邊餐飲購物配套完善，整體性價比在縣城中較為突出。若對現代化智能設施要求不高，這裏不失為感受海鹽文化底藴與市井煙火的好選擇。

酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨，前台接待人員和藹
可親，打掃衞生服務員熱情仔細、酒店設施雖然陳舊了些，但打掃的很乾凈，停車也方便。假期住了二晚，非常滿意。

老城區唯一的一家上檔次的賓館，地理位置很好，又地處少兒時的故居隔壁，所以每次回老家都住在這裏。賓館服務、早餐都不錯。美中不足是受限於早年裝修時的風格和條件，玻璃窗以及電視機的軟裝背景牆隔音效果不好。

酒店位於市中心，出行便利，B樓電梯不需要刷卡，房間沒有小冰箱，沒有雨傘，淋浴間的花灑連接處到處漏水，硬件設施老舊，相對於價格而言，也算合理。 早餐出門右手走500米有一個胡司令小籠，味道還不錯。
