I got healed by beautiful and marvelous nature. So originally I planned to stay just two days but couldn't help but expanding two more days. Every day I got returned with being tired but could be refreshed fully enough in the Cat Ba Green hotel. Now I really wish I could come back in the near future and if then I would like to stay again here without hesitation.

The last stop of Vietnam travel came to the beautiful Cat Ba Island. Ctrip chose this hotel. You can have a cold drink downstairs and experience the slow-paced life. Very good experience, affordable prices! Facing the sea, I will stay again if I have a chance.

It was a night flight, so I reserved it to leave my luggage before boarding, but it was nice because it was clean and close to the airport. The facilities were outdated, but it didn't matter because I wasn't going to stay, and the air conditioner was in a bad condition, so it wasn't cool.

The room was poorly soundproofed, and it took a long time at the front desk due to the work error of the travel agent at check-in. There were two bottles of mineral water in the room, and the front desk clerk specially said to give it to me (she knows a little Chinese, I may have heard it wrong? She apologized for the delay at the front desk?), so I drank both bottles of mineral water. But the front desk clerk charged two bottles of mineral water when checking out (because I reported the inconvenience of check-in to Trip.com, made her irritated, canceled the gift?)

Planning our trip slightly last minute during a holiday didn't give us a lot of options for hotels. We booked this place because it seemed like the best value. We only needed a place to sleep so it got the job done but I don't think I'd want to stay there for an extended period of time. Positives: Location was within walking distance of everything we needed to get to, breakfast was good, and the owners were friendly (however we didn't meet them until the morning after we arrived since we arrived late at night). Negatives: not the cleanest place, didn't have much in the way of amenities, and we couldn't get the AC to work.

Clean, modern facilities, with HOT, long lasting water in the large, private showers!  Nice staff who got me a scooter, gave great advice, and arranged buses and tours. Best location and beautiful swimming pool in the cafe area.   All for the best price in the area.

The location is in Haiphong Korean Street. It is very convenient to eat, but the actual accommodation environment is different from the photos. Overall, the room is small, but the service attitude is very good, and the breakfast is also OK.
