Fujita Kogyo, a Japanese construction company, is developing the Nikko Hotel Roygent Parks and the Minato apartment building behind it, so we offer Japanese quality service. Like the Nikko Hotel, Roygent Parks maintains high-end interiors and quality, and serves as a residence for Japanese expatriates. You can rent vacant rooms on a daily basis, just like a hotel. There is a large bath, sauna, fitness zone, and massage zone on the 3rd floor, and a living room and large kitchen on the 2nd floor. THE DINING on the 1st floor has a substantial breakfast buffet, which is very comfortable for Japanese business travelers, so we always come here. It is also very convenient that each room has a fully automatic washer/dryer in the bathroom.

Room had everything we could possibly ask for and then some. Spacious and comfortable bed.
