This is a hotel I visited for my last day of vacation after finishing my Hanoi trip. It was grand and nice, as expected from a 5-star hotel, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Above all, the towels and bedding had a nice scent, and the floors weren't carpeted, which was nice. I couldn't find any mold or dust anywhere. I was concerned about this because I was with children, and I was more satisfied than anywhere else. Including room service, breakfast snacks, etc. were really delicious and varied, and the spaces themselves were tall and wide, so I didn't feel stuffy. The staff at the desk spoke various languages, and with the help of two staff members who could speak Korean, I was able to enjoy many benefits. They were very kind. It was a shame that it was my last day. If I visit Hai Phong next time, I will choose this place again without hesitation. I became very interested in the fact that Vinpearl hotels are located in many countries, and I think I will look for Vinpearl hotels first when I travel in the future.
