I went to Cat Ba for 3 days, booked a room very quickly, the receptionist was cute and served attentively. The meals here were great, the amenities were thoughtfully prepared by the hotel like at home. I love this place

We stayed at Cong Khanh Hotel after our trip in Vietnam. The receptionist assisted us in checking in. He provided excellent service and very warm hospitality to us during check-in and throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and like important guests of the hotel! He helped us arrange a car for the next day to our cruise line. Car service was excellent and timely. The rooms were wonderful. Very clean. Beautiful room with great view! The breakfast buffet was also amazing! We had a great vacation!

The people who work at the hotel could not be nicer, always friendly and attentive. The rooms are decorated in a modern style, with comfortable beds and everything you need in a hotel. Location is great, close to the beach. Totally recommended if you spend a few days here

I really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel has a nice location and you can watch the beautiful sunset. The room is spacious and the view from my room towards the sea is beautiful, the housekeeper is very helpful. Breakfast has many options, the Vietnamese food they serve is very delicious and fresh.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel's facilities are excellent, whether it's the 2 swimming pools, the daily yoga and meditation classes, or the amazing daily spa treatments; all inclusive, we took full advantage. Our room was a suite and not an ocean view room or a room with a private pool, but that didn't bother us.

We stayed here for 5 days and the waiter was really nice. Staff help us with everything. Our night was cold and he gave us another blanket. Reception gave us special rates for all tours and buses. We felt at home during our 5 days in Vietnam
