Phòng ổn , giường đệm sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên khăn tắm và khăn lau bị cũ đổi màu với bị sùi chỉ. Nhà vệ sinh thì chỗ thoát nước bị hở hay sao ấy mà bị mùi lắm. Ăn sáng buffet khá ngon, nhân viên phục vụ chu đáo.
