It is located in the center of Hai Phong. The hotel lobby and room facilities are very new and clean. The gym equipment is the latest model of technogym. The staff speaks good English and has a good attitude!

After checking in, both the corridor and the room are full of decoration smells. The window cannot be opened. I asked the hotel and found that there is no air purifier. I can only put some coffee powder and turn on the air conditioner for ventilation. However, I don't know why the air outlet of the air conditioner blows directly at my head. It is very uncomfortable. I can only sleep at the other end to fall asleep. The next day, I proposed to delay the check-out to 2 o'clock to have lunch, but the front desk confirmed with the manager for a long time that a 50% service fee would be charged and the maximum discount would be 20%. Maybe this is the standard for all five-star hotels in Vietnam. After communication, I reluctantly gave a check-out of 1 o'clock!
