The building and facilities are without a doubt the best in Hai Phong. The location is also good.
Maybe because it was Saturday to Sunday, there were children running around and it was noisy in the restaurant and entrance. Even adults were making loud video calls.
Is it normal to turn the sauna on yourself?
It would be nice if the sauna was on during available hours.
If you want to use the restaurant, sauna, and large public bath, choose Nikko.
If you want luxury, good photos, and want to take a walk at night, choose Pullman.
Both are good if you're just looking for a room, but Nikko is more reasonable.

하이퐁에 새로 생긴 풀만호텔 기존하이퐁 5성호텔들이 무엇인가 아쉬운게 한가지식 있었는데 풀만은 신규 5성급 답게 시설 분위기 모두 훌륭하다.
3층에 새로 생긴 중식당다 합리적인가격에 즐길수 있어 추천

We had a great stay here! It’s a lovely new hotel right in the middle of Hai Phong. Since most of the city was closed for New Years, we ate most meals here as well. They were accommodating to our 11 month old baby. The play room near the restaurant was a lot of fun the staff were all very nice and helpful. If we’re ever back in Haiphong, we would stay here again!

The location is in the center of Haiphong. It is a newly opened five-star hotel in Haiphong. The price/performance ratio is very good. The breakfast buffet also has a variety of options. There is a Sky bar on the top floor of the hotel and the view is very good! Haiphong's preferred five-star hotel
