Spa Hotels in Hailin

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.

We were super pleased with our stay at this hotel! The location is superb, room is clean and warm with a lovely view. Best part was the hostess, she was so friendly and helpful all the time. She was generous to upgrade our room to a bigger room on our second night here. The hotel also runs as a restaurant on the first floor, which you can order food right downstairs/outside of your room. The food was yum and in big portion. You can also Borrow their traditional jackets to wear for photos and sleds to play around with. Lovely hotel with the lovely staff, definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The housekeeper, Brother Zhang, tried his best to be considerate, sincere and enthusiastic❤He provided warm service all the way. He was both a tour guide and a playmate. He taught us how to shoot videos and how to make ice by splashing water. He was also able to play with the children, taking good care of them and being particularly enthusiastic! The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the fully intelligent rooms are very convenient, the decoration is new, the rooms are warm, and the viewing room opens the curtains to see the snow scene, and you can make a snowman at the door. The children had a lot of fun, and we adults also had the happiness of not wanting to leave. I look forward to coming to Xuexiang again next time, and I will definitely ask the housekeeper, Brother Zhang, to go with me Great! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

This hotel is beyond imagination! From the moment you check in, you feel the warmth of home. The staff are very friendly and the service is attentive. The room is exquisitely decorated, the environment is clean, and the bedding is comfortable, making people feel very relaxed. The facilities are complete, the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. The location is superior, the surrounding environment is beautiful and the transportation is convenient. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay experience, and I will definitely come back next time I have the opportunity!
