Hailin Hotels with Wi-Fi

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.

I recently stayed at Xueyun'ge Hotel and had an outstanding experience. From the seamless check-in to the attentive service, everything exceeded expectations. We were super pleased with our stay at this hotel! The location is superb, room is clean and warm with a lovely view. Best part was the hostess, she was so friendly and helpful all the time. She was generous to upgrade our room to a bigger room on our second night here. The hotel also runs as a restaurant on the first floor, which you can order food right downstairs/outside of your room. The food was yum and in big portion. You can also Borrow their traditional jackets to wear for photos and sleds to play around with. Lovely hotel with the lovely staff, definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Booked with lower expectations due to other review , but imho it was decent and price was acceptable , there some smell on the bed but I feel is still acceptable for us , the bathroom didn’t have any bad smell and water is hot. Breakfast was average but good enough to fill our stomach.

Spent just 1 night at Snow Town Xuexiang due to the exorbitant price for everything here. Nevertheless we received a very friendly welcome at this guesthouse. Friendly staff and we communicate via translator and Wechat. The next morning the staff helped us with the luggage to the bus stop for our bus to Mudanjiang at 6am. Bus fare was just 35yuan (bring cash as they only accept WeChat Pay but not AliPay).

The room is super big, at least four people can lie on the kang, and the mattress is very soft and not uncomfortable. As a southerner, I had no experience living in a floor-heated room for the first time. It was too hot to sleep at night, so I moved under the window to sleep well. Later I learned that I should open the window for ventilation for a few minutes half an hour before going to bed. When we booked the room, breakfast was not included. We asked the front desk if we wanted to add it. The supervisor was generous and sent us breakfast for 5 people. Although it was the simplest buns, soy milk, porridge, and small cold dishes, the small dishes were all delicious. The dried tofu was very fragrant, and the mixed lotus root slices were very tasty, sour and spicy, appetizing and refreshing. The scenery near the hotel is also very good, and every shot is very good.

Awesome location! Alight from the bus and the hotel is just right in front. Room is warm and clean. They prepared dehumidifier and heater in the room. Provided sufficient mineral water for everyone. Room is big enough for 4 adults. Highly recommend!

Bringing children to Xuexiang, the attraction arrangement is a bit unreasonable, you need to go to the unified ticket office to change the bus to enter, there is no problem in protecting the scenic spot, but I didn't say in advance that it caused me to take more things. Fortunately, the young man in the store was simple. He helped my husband choose the largest big box to help us move upstairs without saying anything. This is really not a chicken thief. Then I wanted to change a little water and alkali in the kettle in the house. The result was a new one for me, and I gave the children a toy.

Very satisfied with this homestay. From booking to departure, the entire trip is arranged clearly for you, and every detail is handled in an orderly manner. The attitude is enthusiastic and professional. I will definitely come again next time. You can make a snowman at the door and it is close to the scenic spot. It's great

The B&B is very clean as soon as you enter. The waiter is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to help us with our luggage. The room is warm and there is a mat on the kang, which is not hard to sleep on. The owner also provides snow clips for children to play with. It is good and worth recommending.
