Xuexiang Wanjia Forest Hot Spring Hotel (China Xuexiang Scenic Area Branch)

Hahaha, I thought it was one of the best hotels in Xuexiang, but the room was in a mess. The bed sheets and pillowcases were all stained, and there were even face towels left by previous guests in the bathroom. The funniest thing is that there is no hot spring in the Forest Hot Spring Hotel. All of them are out of service. To be honest, there is no sign of repair, and the hotel did not take the initiative to inform in advance. The breakfast is barely enough to fill you up, but that's all. I can only say that this "hotel" spent 3,000+ and lived in loneliness. The only consolation may be the snow scene outside the window.

Very poor experience

Very disappointed, the hot spring was not open, the internet was not working, and the breakfast was perfunctory

The environment was very bad, the corridor was dim, the door of the room we stayed in looked like it had been pried open, and you could see the wood inside. The toilet door was also broken and could not be closed or locked. It was around 1 a.m., I washed my hair, and the hair dryer burned after only two minutes. I smelled a burnt smell, so I went to the front desk, but they said there was no spare hair dryer and they couldn't solve the problem. After arguing with the waiter, they finally found me a hair dryer. The experience is extremely bad. It is not the Wanjia Forest Hot Spring Hotel, but a small hotel that is still being developed next to it.

The room was very nice and clean, the Ctrip staff were attentive and nice. Very patient
