房間和床品很好，浴室是淋浴頭沒有花灑對我們女士來説有點不方便，熱水不太夠應該是是環境的原因，天氣太冷可以理解，早上退房走趕時間，謝謝老闆給我們打包了饅頭和茶葉蛋路上吃，在到雪鄉前和前台溝通有點不愉快的事就算了，不説了，去雪鄉玩的網友們時間充足的話建議最少住一晚，慢慢玩。

在雪鄉還真是算環境衞生非常好了，價格雖然貴一點，但還是挺值的。房間很温馨，也很乾凈，服務態度很好，我們因為提早很久訂房，給我們留了位置和樓層比較好的，開窗就是雪景，還能伸手抓到雪。對於長到16歲沒有見過雪的娃，是個不錯的體驗。如果早餐再豐富點就沒有得挑剔了。

Snow Town is very beautiful. I stayed here for two days and chose two hotels. Fortunately, I chose two hotels. I was very dissatisfied with the other one. I liked Snow Mushroom.
First, the location is closer. You can go back to rest when you are tired. It is less than 100 meters away from the square.
Second, the decoration is unique and the photos are very good. Many friends are curious and like it.
Third, the restaurant is delicious and the price is cheap. I recommend the pot-fried pork, chicken stewed with mushrooms and local river fish.
Fourth, the most important service is obviously better. It is very considerate and gives a lot of suggestions and strategies, which saves a lot of trouble.
I will recommend such a hotel. I like Snow Mushroom.

Snow Town is closed to outside vehicles. To access the hotel you need to hop on a shuttle bus to get to the centre of town. The hotel is a short walk from the bus drop off but the signs are all in Chinese. The hotel is small and cosy with the reception and dining area together as you walk in. We had a ground floor room which was convenient. Room was big and warm with two twin beds. Pillows were supportive and comfortable. Toilet and shower were adequate.
Simple Chinese breakfast provided with porridge and dumplings mostly. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly especially as we spoke Chinese. Nearby eateries and Starbucks for your coffee fix.The local Police also were helpful as I fell down and injured my leg. Had a police car ferry me out to the main entrance terminal free of charge. Talk about good service in China!

Location is a little bit far from our bus drop off point. Other part is good, such as friendly staff, comfortable room. Overall we have good experience staying here.
