The overall feeling is okay, except that the shower and toilet glass are transparent, which makes it awkward for two people to go on a business trip. In addition, I asked the front desk for two bottles of drinking water, which cost 2 yuan per bottle. They said that each room only has 2 bottles, and you have to pay for additional water. This is the first hotel in China that I have ever stayed in. Apart from Turkey, which is short of water, maybe Hailin is also short of water. The corridor is deep and long, arranged in the innermost room. I won't stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel really dispelled all my concerns about Xuexiang. From contacting the chartered car to buying tickets, I felt the enthusiasm of the people of Xuexiang in two days. Two small things are particularly impressive: one is that the boss generously gave us a large bottle of mineral water when he saw the three of us taking the initiative to add beds, and the other is that when we went down to buy water, the boss directly and generously gave us a large bottle of mineral water. Although I came back half a month ago, I still remember it vividly. A perfect trip to Xuexiang!!!
Facilities: It exceeded my expectations of Xuexiang Hotel, with complete facilities.
Hygiene: The hygiene is very good and very clean.
Environment: The environment around the hotel is also very good. Although it is not on Xueyun Street, there is a beautiful snow scene not far from the hotel.
Service: The service is nothing to say, and it is also the most satisfactory place. It makes us feel that the hotel is really run with heart and treats guests like family.

We’re using their transfer service and they assist us almost everything upon picking up, shared us about cultures and stories and also bring us around before arrived at the hotel. When arriving, they already someone welcome us at the station and help us to carry our luggage to the hotel and into room. It is a family run hotel, everyone with big smiles and happy vibe. Rooms we had are spacious with good view, bed and pillow was comfy, very clean washroom and it’s overall a very cozy room that make me feels really relaxing. Foods are good with reasonable price, we enjoy the food that they recommended very much.
I’m highly recommended this place if you’re visiting snow town. Will definitely stay there again if am going back in future.

GGuest UserI like this place very much. I brought my kids here to play. It is located in the Erlang River Scenic Area, and the snow scenery is beautiful. There are many books in this homestay. If you like reading, you must come here. It gives you a very comfortable feeling when you come in. The room is very clean and comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic 👍 From taking the bus to playing, he made arrangements and suggestions throughout the whole process, which is very worry-free. It is also very convenient to eat here. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the homestay. All the food is freshly fried. There is also a big flowered coat in the Northeast that can be worn for taking pictures😁😁😁

GGuest UserThis is definitely the best homestay in Xuexiang. I did some research before coming to Xuexiang, and I really didn't want to live in a kang. I booked a suite with my children. The environment is clean and the location is convenient. It is only a few hundred meters away from the shuttle bus. The owner is also responsible for picking up and dropping off luggage. He is very enthusiastic. There is also a free snow slide at the entrance of the hotel. Although it is a bit expensive in the peak season, it is worth it.

We traveled independently this time, and were very careful in choosing accommodation. It turned out that the accommodation we chose in Xuexiang and Xuegu were very good. Xuexiang is also worth staying in, and its beauty cannot be replaced by other places. The hotel we chose in Xuexiang this time is an old hotel that has been open in Xuexiang for many years. Before the travel date, the housekeeper Liu Bo added us as a friend and asked if there was any help needed. When we arrived, he warmly helped us check in. The room was prepared with local specialties such as frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and snacks. The housekeeper Liu Bo asked carefully throughout the whole process if there was anything else he could help with, which made us feel the fiery enthusiasm of the Northeast people and the quality of professional service staff! The hotel has unified heating. Maybe we are from the south and are not used to the room temperature. At around 9 o'clock in the evening, I told the housekeeper Liu Bo that it was too hot. I didn't expect that the housekeeper would come to send us water and frozen fruits to cool us down after he had already gone off work. I was embarrassed. The friends who traveled with me on this trip to Northeast China have a very good impression of various places in Northeast China. Now both Harbin and Xuexiang are very popular. I believe it is also the result of the joint efforts of the local people. They should receive this overwhelming wealth. Everyone is very attentive! We will come again when we have time. I also hope that everyone will not hesitate to give them a thumbs up after enjoying their warm service. I think our praise will bring them greater motivation to work!

DDicky OngThe location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop.
Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

GGuest UserThe house is even better than what is described on the page. It is located in the center of Xueyun Street in Xue Village. Many people took photos of the China Snow Village Stone Stele next to this store. The sanitation is also good and very clean. The weather outside is very cold, and you can sit by the window to look at the scenery outside. It is a great experience, highly recommended!

Location is a bit of a walk from the main square, but the modern decor and amenities, cleanliness and service makes up for it. Loved the bathtub!
Plenty of food options and small stalls around too.
The staff are very warm and provided a helpful list of activities available and discount prices for each. They helped us arrange all our activities in their area once we confirmed our departure time. For one night activity, they even delivered our tickets to the restaurant we were eating dinner at. They also had a photoshoot package but pity we didn't have enough time to try it.
Pricing is comparable to other dongbei-style hotels during peak season. The service is top-notch, so definitely recommend 💯

GGuest UserSnow Town is great. It doesn't snow in the south. I was so excited to see snow for the first time. Who said that Snow Town is not fun? It's so beautiful and has a great tourist atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and has sufficient heating. It's very convenient to eat along the way. The receptionist is very enthusiastic. He helped with the luggage and gave me frozen persimmons. They were super delicious. The pick-up service is also very good. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient. Snow Town is worth the trouble to play. I will stay here next time I come to play.

KKahkhunIf you come from Harbin, the accommodation is right in front of the entrance, very convenient. The room for 10 people has 2 bunk beds and 3 large beds. The staff tried to help. The room is good. Easy to get to. But if you come from Yabuli side, get off the bus at the main gate and you have to drag your luggage through the city to the end. It's very difficult. But overall, if you come from Harbin, it's the most convenient.
