酒店整體比較老舊，一進入酒店就有種很蕭條的感覺，大堂只有2個前台，地面還有煙頭。酒店大門沒有幫拿行李的工作人員，帶着長者跟孩子很多行李，在大堂問了半天，也沒人理會。房間選的海底小縱隊的親子房，房子佈置的孩子很喜歡，就是設備老舊。插曲發生在快要退房的時候，打電話到前台，想幫拿2個袋子裝東西，中間打了3個電話，一共等了40分鐘，最後還是自己去大堂自己拿的，找大堂經理反應情況，説打電話半天沒人送東西，大堂經理非但沒有道歉，還説這個時間就是很忙呀，就是要多等一些時間呀。其中態度也不是很好。就這種服務下回肯定不會再選擇這家酒店了，請大家慎重選擇，尤其是帶小朋友的。
