It was a very pleasant experience to choose this hotel for this trip! First of all, I must say: the price-performance ratio is really super high! Room The room is clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, the bed is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is also very good, and I rest very well at night. The details are also done very carefully, such as the bedside is equipped with a charging port, toiletries are complete, and even the hair dryer is the kind of hair dryer with strong wind and no hair damage! Small details determine the favorability! Geographical location The hotel is located in the city center, and it is very convenient to travel. Whether it is taking a taxi, subway or walking, it is very convenient. There are also many local snacks and business districts nearby. Eating, drinking and having fun can be solved nearby, saving worry and effort! Service I especially want to praise the ”Little Swallow” at the front desk! The attitude was cordial and enthusiastic during the reception, and she took the initiative to help me arrange a quiet room on a high floor in advance, and the check-in process was very smooth. What's more considerate is that she also patiently recommended attractions and local food around the hotel to me, and even marked the coastal route suitable for driving for me, which really added points! Such service is not only professional, but also humane, making people feel at home. Overall experience This is a good hotel that I would ”actively recommend to friends”. Not only is the hardware good, but the service is also warm. It is really rare at this price. I will choose this place without hesitation next time I come here!

After Sanya, I headed to Haikou and stayed at the InterContinental Haikou Seaview. The hotel is located along the scenic Binhai Road, offering stunning views of the Qiongzhou Strait. The location was perfect, with easy access to a park connector and a mall. I loved taking evening strolls here; it was so peaceful and windy, which I enjoyed. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were professional and attentive. My room was spacious and modern, with a large window offering panoramic sea views. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the toilet made getting ready and unwinding for the day luxurious! Yes, they have a bidet in the bathroom. The only downside was the weak air conditioner, so we slept with the balcony open. I also wished they provided bath salts or bath bombs to enhance the bathtub experience. Overall, this was my favorite hotel in Haikou. It’s slightly away from the main attractions, but it’s perfect for relaxation, eating, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

Service: This trip gives the accommodation a full score 💯! Very very comfortable, Manager Wang Kaifeng arranged a very ironing, the service attitude is very good, and very thoughtful. Facilities: Very complete, there are some. It is indeed a conference hotel designated by the party and government organs, and it is comfortable and easy to live in. The things that I asked for at the front desk were also delivered soon, and I felt at ease 24 hours a day. Environment: The room is the feeling of an old hotel. The size of the room is also quite satisfactory. It is worth mentioning that breakfast is really a ceiling level, very rich, the taste is great, every day is full and then go out to play~ The location is really separated from the Sun and Moon Square by a road, and it is very convenient to shop after a traffic light. Disadvantages: Because Building 1 is relatively old, the sound insulation is not very good, and the snoring sound next door in the middle of the night can also be heard. The sound of the refrigerator is roaring after turning off the lights at night (there is no power after unplugging). The air conditioner winds against the bed, and it may blow a headache if summer comes (hope the hotel can improve).

The hotel is decorated in a new Chinese style. The lobby has a light fragrance. The quiet and comfortable space makes people relax instantly. The rooms are well-equipped and of good quality, suitable for short or long stays. The hotel has free parking, which is quite convenient. The location is still convenient for self-driving. This is the second time I stayed here, and my child liked it very much. This time I had to send my parents-in-law to a plane, so I brought my child to stay at his house again. His family has a parent-child room package with a high cost-effectiveness. You can choose one of the three options: breakfast, grilled fish, and tickets to the Swan Lake Animal Base. We always choose the zoo, which is super suitable for walking the baby. Facilities: Complete facilities, carefully equipped with children's toothbrushes and slippers, which is very rare. Hygiene: Very clean, the aunt helped fold pajamas when cleaning, thank you Environment: The hotel environment is definitely a highlight, a bit like a palace, there is also a private small zoo and a children's playroom, the children like it very much Service: The service is great. I booked two rooms, my parents-in-law booked an ordinary room, and because I came with my child, I booked a parent-child room myself. Xiao Chen and Xiao Wang at the front desk felt that it was inconvenient for the family to be separated, so they specially helped us upgrade the room so that our rooms were close to each other. Thank you so much. Xiao Juan, the customer service, was also very thoughtful and called to ask about the accommodation experience.

I decided to extend my stay, because everything at this hotel is amazing! The staff, the room, the facilities, breakfast... I absolutely LOVED the hot springs, fish spa and pool! Great views from the balcony. I would also recommend the Japanese restaurant on site - I tried several kinds of sushi and compliments to the sushi master! The Western restaurant was just okay in comparison. The sushi was really great! I want to praise duty manager Helsey Huang who went above and beyond in helping guests (thank you again for everything!) as well as Daisy Xie who was in charge of the amazing breakfast. If I hadn't been so jetlagged, I would have wanted to eat all morning. I wish I had taken a photo of the many delicious choices! I can also vouch for the massage by Ellen 韦雪兰. I went to her twice - I felt so much better afterwards. The spa is huge with several private rooms with bathrooms and showers. Very delicious tea as well. It just made for a very relaxing atmosphere. A huge plus was also the fish spa and hot springs/pool. It was very relaxing to just soak in the water for a bit, overlooking the river. The whole garden outside is really nice, with hammocks and swings. I also want to thank Benny Lu who helped me during checkout - I really appreciate his kindness. If I hadn't made plans to go to Sanya, I would have stayed even longer. Also, as a side note: the entire hotel smells amazing! I hope I get to stay there again sometime. I would definitely stay again!

The location is great, and the river view outside the window is a natural ”white noise”, allowing me to enjoy the tranquility even during a busy business trip. The room facilities are complete, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the stay is super comfortable!

A pleasant hotel! Everything looks quite new. Comfortable bed (I especially liked that there is a choice between regular pillows and memory foam pillows). Good value for money (especially compared to hotels in Sanya where I am now and where hotels in this price range seem much lower quality). Friendly staff at reception. The only thing that could be better is sound insulation, in particular noise coming from outside the hotel. Even with the window closed, it felt as though it was open (what you hear is mostly traffic noise - which I got used to pretty quickly - but one evening also some loud music which annoyed me more; that stopped at 22:30 though, so not too bad after all). If I return to Haikou, I might certainly consider this hotel again.
