Excellent hotel, perfectly located. Free parking 5 minutes from the hotel. Lovely staff at top levels and a perfect breakfast. I am vegan and Alberto, the dining room manager immediately made sure I had plenty of options. He was particularly charming. Perfect hospitality!!!

This is my first business trip to Israel. I was introduced to a hotel by a colleague. The price is good, the food is delicious, and the room is very comfortable. I don’t feel nervous. I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

Nice room, beautiful pool, excellent, huge breakfast buffet. Only negative were no robes or slippers in the room , which we had at other Dan hotel stays.

Had a lovely 3 nights/4 days stay, would highly recommend it for singles, couples and families (single myself). I got an early check-in, as requested, and everything else that I needed was met immediately and gladly. The room is great - the view, unparalleled, comfy bed, excellent complimentary care products (shower gel, and such - I'm super sensitive, and they were really top notch), fluffy towels, everything of the best quality. For those who are sensitive to noise I will mention that the walls are quite thin so I would ask to be placed not next door to a family with children. There's a good breakfast, with a great variety and most importantly they are happy to accommodate requests as well (better to let them know in advance). I didn't use the gym or pool, but they do exist and are rumored to be very professional.

Many luxury hotels could come and learn what true service means from this hotel! The service was not only reflected in the fact that every single staff member was kind and attentive, but also in the maintenance of the rooms and hotel facilities, the small gifts at the beginning and end of the stay, the exceptionally quick and generous service, and the willingness to help in every situation. The hotel is excellent in every aspect – clean, quiet, and conveniently located near everything. The breakfast is good and not excessive. The only drawback is that I recommend ordering breakfast to the room, as mine arrived incomplete when served in the dining area.
