The location is excellent, just at the entrance of the Bahá'í Gardens. The design and style of the hotel are also quite good. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. I really want to eat breakfast three times a day~
After the exaggeration, let’s talk about the shortcomings. The overall service has not kept up with its hardware facilities. We speak English, so let’s barely communicate with the front desk. We check in early, and the room is not ready yet, so we put our luggage at the front desk and go out. After shopping around, when we came back later to get the keys and luggage, we actually gave us other people’s luggage. We said that these were not ours. After we got to the room, another waiter brought over the two luggage that were not ours just now. 🤨There is no paper towel in the room, we ordered takeaway without tableware and wanted to borrow tableware from the hotel for a long time but it was not delivered. The service really needs to be improved🤨

Great Hotel bad bed
The bed was highly uncomfortable and the shower a bit small. Besides that very clean. Location was great.

new hotel. good location, great spa, expensive
very nice hotel - new, good location, great spa, breakfast rich and delicious, quiet (no kids) - good for a retreat for couples.
Good size room, there's a balcony (nice but not useable), comforting beds, the washing area is designed very nicely but isn't comfortable to use.
Service at the front desk: check-in and out - needs improvement (you can't stop three times (!) to answer other people while you deal with me).

Overpriced hotel with a lot of potential, but poorly planned
The pool is super small and not nearly enough for all the guests: be aware that you need to come early or late to have enough space there to relax and enjoy
