It was my first time in the Netherlands, and the location was good and the service was good! I highly recommend it if you stay in The Hague! It was about 8 minutes from the center of The Hague, so it seemed safe even at night.

I went there Sunday 17 November 2024. No kettles, No coffee or tea,water.No iron and board, some sockets loose out of the wall. Bed didnt really looked clean,there were a few strands of hair. I have used a few times Hotel Ibis before and once i had to fetch the kettle from the receptionist. For the amount we pay we should atleast get something

Ibis always makes you feel at ease. It is more reliable to order Ibis in Europe. At least it is standardized and the quality is guaranteed.

The room itself was clean (ok) but the bathroom was disgusting. I guess they did not deep clean the toilet and the bathroom mirror. The service was really sweet and the location is perfect!
